By using SpinVibe, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. These guidelines help us maintain a positive environment for everyone.

Expected Behavior
✓ Be Respectful and Kind
Treat all members with respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic. Disagreements happen, but always communicate respectfully.
✓ Be Authentic
Use your real name and accurate information. Upload genuine photos of yourself. Misleading profiles damage trust and violate our guidelines.
✓ Respect Boundaries and Consent
Respect other people's boundaries. If someone indicates they're not interested or asks you to stop contacting them, respect their wishes immediately. Consent is critical in all interactions.
✓ Use Appropriate Language
Keep your language clean and appropriate for a diverse audience. Avoid offensive, vulgar, or sexually explicit language in public parts of your profile.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
✕ Hate Speech and Harassment
- •No slurs, hate speech, or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- •No bullying, belittling, intimidating, or harassing other users
- •No hateful ideologies, symbols, or content celebrating hate organizations
✕ Threats, Violence, and Self-Harm
- •No threats of violence, physical harm, or intimidation
- •No content celebrating violence, cruelty, abuse, or death
- •No promotion or encouragement of self-harm or suicide
✕ Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Content
- •No unwanted sexual advances, comments, or messages
- •No nudity or sexually explicit images on profiles
- •No sharing of intimate images without consent
- •No cyberflashing (sending unsolicited sexual images)
✕ Impersonation and Deception
- •No impersonating other people or creating fake profiles
- •No misleading information about yourself, your age, or your intentions
- •No spreading false or misleading information
✕ Commercial Activity and Spam
- •No advertising, promoting businesses, or commercial solicitations
- •No using SpinVibe for sex work or escort services
- •No fundraising or soliciting donations
- •No spam or repetitive messaging
✕ Illegal Activity
- •No illegal activities, including drug sales, human trafficking, or any criminal conduct
- •No content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
- •No scams, fraud, or attempts to steal personal information
✕ Platform Manipulation
- •No using third-party apps, bots, or automated systems
- •No creating multiple accounts for malicious purposes
- •No attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform
Profile & Content Standards
Profile Photos
- •Photos must clearly show your face
- •No nudity, sexually suggestive poses, or explicit content
- •No photos of children alone (you must be in the photo)
- •No photos containing illegal content or weapons
Profile Information
- •Provide accurate age and location information
- •Bio should be respectful and appropriate
- •No contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, addresses) in public profiles
Consequences & Enforcement
We take violations of our Community Guidelines seriously. When a violation is reported or detected, we will review it and may take the following actions:
Warning
First-time minor violations may receive a warning
Content Removal
Violating content, photos, or messages will be removed
Temporary Suspension
Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension
Permanent Ban
Severe violations (harassment, threats, illegal activity, sexual exploitation) result in immediate permanent ban
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or ban accounts at our discretion for violations of these guidelines or other behavior we deem harmful to our community.
How to Report Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately. Your reports help us keep SpinVibe safe for everyone.
To report a user or content:
- Go to the user's profile or the specific content
- Tap the menu icon (three dots)
- Select "Report" and choose the violation type
- Provide details to help our review
