Zero-Tolerance Policy
SpinVibe has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or behavior that endangers minors.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- ✕Any imagery, video, or content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- ✕Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors
- ✕Sexualized content involving minors in any form
- ✕Sextortion or coercion targeting minors
- ✕Trafficking or exploitation of minors
- ✕Any content that sexualizes or endangers children
⚠️ Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to use SpinVibe. We require all users to be at least 18 years old.
Detection & Prevention
Automated Detection Systems
We use automated systems and technology to proactively identify and remove violating content. This includes image scanning, behavioral analysis, and pattern detection to identify potential CSAE content before it can spread.
Age Verification
SpinVibe requires all users to be at least 18 years old. We implement age verification measures during registration and may request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.
Content Moderation
Our moderation team reviews flagged content promptly. Suspected CSAE content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement reporting.
Immediate Action
When CSAE content is detected or reported, we take immediate action including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
User Reporting Mechanism
SpinVibe provides an in-app mechanism for users to report child safety concerns. We encourage all users to report any suspicious content or behavior immediately.
How to Report Within the App:

- 2Tap the menu icon (three dots) or "Report User" button
- 3Select the appropriate reason for your report
- 4Provide any additional details to help our safety team investigate

Law Enforcement Cooperation
NCMEC Reporting
We report any suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as required by law. We also cooperate with equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions.
Full Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. This includes providing information as legally required and responding promptly to valid legal requests.
Data Preservation
When potential CSAE is identified, we preserve relevant data and evidence to support law enforcement investigations, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Training & Accountability
Staff Training
Our team members receive training on identifying and responding to child safety concerns.
Regular Policy Review
We regularly review and update our child safety policies to ensure they remain effective and compliant with current laws and best practices.
Compliance with Laws
SpinVibe complies with all applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations under U.S. federal law and relevant international regulations.
Consequences for Violations
Any user found to be involved in child exploitation or CSAE will face:
- •Immediate and permanent account termination
- •Reporting to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies
- •Preservation of all relevant data for legal proceedings
- •Ban from creating future accounts on our platform
